MURE is an excellent find. They explained how everything works in English and guided us through the line. Excellent service. It is a bit small, but the food is very tasty. We had a pizza with mushrooms, tomatoes, soup and a mix of salads. If you want a real French cafe experience, I would highly recommend.

On y parle de notre ferme bio, d’alignement avec ses valeurs et de reconnexion à la nature… Mais aussi de poule(ttes), de coureurs indiens 🦆 mangeurs de limaces et d’équilibre (au sens propre comme au figuré 😅). La cantine des gens qui sèment 🌱🍽️ Ce samedi, nous avons eu la chance de partager un bout de notre aventure à la télé… mais surtout de raconter ce qui nous fait vibrer chaque jour : cultiver et cuisiner pour vous 💚 Chez Mûre, tout commence ici, dans nos fermes bio en Seine-et-Marne. Des sols vivants, du temps, des mains engagées… pour ensuite retrouver ces légumes dans nos cuisines puis dans vos assiettes 🌿 Un immense merci à l’émission « Silence ça pousse » et à france.tv d’avoir pensé à nous 🙏 📺 Pour ceux qui l’ont manqué, l’émission est dispo en replay (lien en bio) Rediffusion le dimanche 26 avril et le samedi 9 mai à 10h45 À très vite dans nos cantines ! 🌾✨

Planter des haies, c’est aussi planter des idées. La semaine dernière, 50 enfants des écoles de Balloy et de la Tombe sont venus nous aider sur la ferme MÛRE (à Balloy - 77) 🧑‍🌾 Nous avons planté 300 mètres de haies autour de nos champs, avec AGROF'ILE’Ile, Des Enfants et des Arbres, la fondation Natixis et la Fondation Yves Rocher. Nous étions une soixantaine à creuser, praliner les racines, planter, puis pailler… 600 arbres, sur 2 rangées et une trentaine d’essences différentes (cormier, alisier, chêne, figuier, orme, érable, tilleul, noyer, noisetier, viorne, sureau, saule…). D’ici 2 à 3 ans, ces haies protégeront les cultures du vent, accueilleront oiseaux et insectes, et renforceront la résilience de la ferme. En France, près de 70 % des haies ont disparu depuis les années 1950. Aujourd’hui, on redécouvre à quel point elles sont précieuses. Biodiversité, infiltration de l’eau (de vraies éponges naturelles), stockage de carbone… Les haies font beaucoup, simplement. Alors oui, 300 mètres face à des milliers de kilomètres perdus chaque année, c’est peu. Mais c’est une action concrète. Et chaque matin, en allant à l’école, ces enfants verront leurs haies grandir. Magique, non ?
